Jacqueline: Hi Oliver, good to see you. Well, I was actually hoping to run into you today. I was having dinner last night with my grandparents and I just wasn't able to explain what IDnow exactly does, so they would understand. Can you help me out here?

Bjoern: So what we do at IDnow ist, we help businesses that either have to identify the customers or they want to identify the customers. We have to actually do that online. So we have different solutions in place. One, for example, is video ident. You may have done that, for example, for N26 or for the Commerzbank. We also have, what we call auto ident, it is a self-service onboarding, very new and exciting product. If you if you need to identify, if you want to identify to have peace of mind, we can do that. We can we can do that for you and then help you grow your business digitally and actually talk about growing. I was one of the first sales guys, so we were maybe just a couple of handful of people, now we are 120 people. Over the last two years, we have been going crazy and hopefully, we can just continue that in the next couple of years.

Jacqueline: Very good. So expansion is actually a topic at IDnow?

Oliver: Yeah. Totally right. So especially for me as a chief sales officer, as you can imagine, Jacqueline, for growing the business, you need salespeople who basically position and market our product. So, I have sales people in the direct sales, which means on the one hand side, you acquire new customers. So it's kind of hunting new clients. But on the other hand side, you also have existing customers. Quite a big customer base, actually. about 350 plus customers. And this is where you want to make sure that you have proper relationships that you grow the existing business, that you upsell.

Oliver: But we also have channel sales partners who kind of sell on behalf of us.

Oliver: And on the other hand side, in order to make all that work naturally. This is also where you have technical sales people who kind of complement our salespeople and the commercial conversations and the business conversations with a technical competency to position on that. So, in a nutshell, we are really growing crazy, we are growing on a geographical basis from out of Munich into London, Paris, Dubai, Singapore. All the nice cities you really wanna be at. But on the other hand side, also, the application of our products is not just bank account opening, as Bjorn mentioned at the beginning. It's also car sharing platforms of companies like Sixt, Daimler, Lufthansa. So it's an exciting time.

Jacqueline: Very good. So imagine I'm standing in a room full of 200 people looking for a new job. What should I tell them?

Oliver: Well, first of all, thank them for coming. Secondly, giving them my business card. And then just tell them, go to our website and inform yourself about the product. Inform yourself about the applications of the product and understand the business opportunities you would have as a sales person, of course. Look at some nice pictures on how the team looks like, just get a feeling for the company.
